The legal bits

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Luvvy Duvvy (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Luvvy Duvvy provides Venus, an AI wedding-guest concierge that handles text-based and voice-based communication with wedding guests on your behalf. The Service is provided "as-is" and we make no warranty that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Privacy

We collect the information necessary to operate the Service: wedding details you provide, guest contact information you upload, and the messages your guests exchange with Venus. We do not sell your data. We do not use your wedding data to train our models. Conversation logs are encrypted at rest and deletable on request.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to communicate unlawfully with anyone, or to impersonate another person. You are responsible for the content of any messages your Venus instance sends on your behalf.

6. Billing, Usage, and Refunds

Each package includes a set allowance of voice minutes and SMS message parts. Usage beyond that allowance is billed at the published per-unit rates at luvvyduvvy.com/rates. An SMS part is a single message segment (about 160 characters, or 70 for emoji and many non-English scripts), counted in both directions.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you are refunded your fee minus the greater of the non-refundable service charge published at /rates or the retail value of the usage already delivered, never below zero. Within 30 days of your event the fee is non-refundable and is held as a credit toward another event you schedule within twelve months. The binding terms are the founding-package agreement you sign at checkout, which governs if anything here differs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvvy Duvvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post material updates at this URL and notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
