I have been one of the main culprits. Every event I get invited to, I end up digging through my own inbox at 11pm trying to find the venue address, the dress code, what time the rehearsal dinner starts. The details are scattered across six emails, a save-the-date PDF, and a website I can never find again. I am not a difficult guest. The information is just hard to live with.
I have spent years building AI products. I came into the event-management space because I believe AI should enhance our lives, not replace one another. Couples should plan the wedding they actually want. Guests should get instant, warm answers without anyone being on call around the clock. Planners and coordinators should spend their craft on the work that makes them irreplaceable: vendor relationships, creative direction, the day-of judgment only a human can deliver.
Venus is built for that. She is not a replacement for your planner or your judgment. She is the patient, multilingual concierge in your guests' pocket. The repetitive questions stop being your job. The strategic ones still come to you.
For launch we are keeping it simple. Couples pay by guest count: from $995 up to a bespoke 200+ guest concierge starting at $5,000 with a dedicated client manager. Planners join as founding partners: your first client is complimentary as our launch promotion (setup and service onboarding included), then $1,995 per year from client 2.
