FOR COUPLES

Dealing with wedding guests doesn't have to be stressful.

Venus answers every guest text and call so you can focus on the moments that matter. From the first save-the-date through the morning-after brunch.

THE WEEK OF

Your phone buzzes every 4 minutes. Every one is the same question. Three relatives ask the wifi password.

50% of your guests ask at least two questions. That’s a hundred conversations in the week before your wedding, on top of vendor coordination, family logistics, and trying to enjoy yourself.

01 · The save-the-date moment

The save-the-date moment

Venus is live from the day you send invitations. Guests text the number on the card; Venus replies with what they need.

02 · The week before

The week before

Venus handles the deluge. RSVP confirmations, plus-one adds, dietary changes, accommodation FAQs. You stay above it.

03 · The morning of

You’re getting ready. Venus is fielding “where do I park?” and “what time is the shuttle?” in real-time.

04 · The ceremony

The ceremony

Venus answers every guest question while you focus on each other.

Brunch questions, photographer Q&A, “thank you for everything” texts. Venus is still there.

WHAT YOUR GUESTS SEE

They'll text a thoughtful coordinator. Not a robot.

When your aunt texts your wedding number, Venus replies in seconds, by name, in her language, with the shuttle pickup time and the dietary note you saved months ago. Venus introduces herself upfront as your AI concierge; she never pretends to be a human. In practice, some guests have called her a 'very nice person on the phone.' The experience reads as a thoughtful coordinator who's read every detail of your wedding.

A real-shape sample exchange:

  1. Sarah Hi! I just got the invite. Where exactly is the ceremony?
  2. Venus Hi Sarah! It's at the Pondicherry Botanical Gardens in Greater Noida, about 45 minutes from your Delhi hotel. Ceremony is at 4 PM Saturday. Want me to send the parking details and shuttle schedule?
  3. Sarah Yes please. Also, when is the bridal shower?
  4. Venus The bridal shower is the Saturday two weeks before the wedding, 2 PM at Anjali's home in Bandra. Invitations went out last week. Want me to resend yours and confirm your plus-one?
Will my guests have to download an app?

No. Venus is just a phone number. Text or call from any device.

What if some of my guests are confused by an AI?

Venus introduces herself in the first message: she says she's the couple's AI concierge and to text her any wedding-related question. We've watched guests text her for hours about parking, dress code, and where to sit; they read it as a thoughtful coordinator, not a chatbot. If a guest still wants to call, Venus picks up.

What if a guest only speaks Spanish, Hindi, or another language?

Venus speaks 74 languages including Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Yoruba, Arabic, and Tagalog. She auto-detects from the guest's first message and replies in their language.

What if my planner already handles guest questions?

Most planners are happy to bring Venus into their packages. Guest communications are the slice of their day they most want to hand off. We have a partner brief you can forward to them.

Focus on each other. Venus handles the guest communications.
