Does Venus replace what I do?

No. Venus handles the repetitive guest communications work: parking, dress code, dietary, timing, RSVP edits. You handle the work that needs judgment: vendor emergencies, family dynamics, creative direction. Planners running Venus on real weddings report it gives them back the hours they wanted back: the ones that didn't need their craft.

What does Venus cost me to bring into a wedding?

Venus is a paid product, but founding planner partners get their first client complimentary as our launch promotion. That includes white-glove setup, service onboarding, and the founding-partner toolkit. From client 2, a $1,995 annual license keeps the partnership active and your founding rate locked. Per-wedding fees for your couples still apply at the planner-discounted rate. On the partnership call we walk through the per-wedding commercial model that fits your business (revenue share, flat per-wedding, or bundled into your existing tiers).

Will my couples' guests know it's an AI?

Yes. Venus introduces herself as the couple's AI concierge in her first message. We never pretend she's a human. In practice, some guests have called Venus a 'very nice person on the phone.' The experience reads as a thoughtful coordinator, not a chatbot.

Whose brand do guests see: yours or Venus?

Whichever you want. White-label is part of the partner roadmap; during the pilot the experience stays Venus-branded so we can iterate quickly. Once we ship the white-label, your business name and tone replace ours.

Can I scale this across every wedding I run?

Yes. One Venus instance per couple, 12-minute onboarding per wedding. Most partner planners offer Venus as part of their middle-and-premium tiers.

What's the catch?

We are looking for a small first cohort of founding planner partners to help us learn how planners actually want to use Venus on real weddings. In exchange your first client is complimentary as a launch promotion (setup and service onboarding included), your founding rate is locked in, and you get a direct line to the team and influence over the roadmap.
