What is Venus?

Venus is the AI guest concierge operated by Luvvy Duvvy. She handles text and call communication for hosts of weddings and private events. Each event has its own dedicated Venus phone number.

If you received a text from a Venus number, it's because the host of an event you're invited to set up Venus to handle their guest communication. Venus introduces herself in her first message so you always know who's texting.

What can I text Venus?

Anything related to the event. Common questions:

• "Where do I park?"
• "What's the dress code?"
• "Can I bring a plus-one?"
• "What time is the ceremony?"
• "I have a dietary restriction — can the kitchen accommodate?"
• "What's the rehearsal dinner address?"

Venus is calibrated to recognize what she doesn't know. If she's not sure about something, she'll tell you and loop in the host directly.

Is Venus a real person?
No. Venus is an AI concierge that handles text and voice messages on behalf of the host. She introduces herself as an AI concierge in her first message so guests are never confused.

Will Venus call me?
Venus only places outbound calls if the host has scheduled one (rare). Inbound calls — yes, you can call Venus and she'll pick up.
