Welcomes every guest
When guests text or call your wedding number, Venus greets them by name in their language. She knew about them before they arrived.
AI WEDDING-GUEST HOTLINE
Leave the logistical guest communications to us while you connect with those you care about.
Sound familiar?
Because 50% of your guests text you at least twice. Most of them ask the same six questions. Now multiply that by 100 guests.
Where do I park?
What's the dress code?
Can I add a plus-one?
What time is the ceremony?
Dietary options?
Where do I park?
Is there a hotel block?
Can we bring the kids?
What's the wifi password?
When is the rehearsal dinner?
INTRODUCING
Just text. Just call.
She picks up texts in seconds and phone calls in two rings. She speaks 74 languages, knows every detail of your wedding before any guest asks, and introduces herself upfront so no one is ever confused. She is not an avatar; she is voice and text only.
The fix
The math behind it
Three numbers from real wedding-industry research. Each one is the reason Venus exists.
Did you know…
528 hours
That's how long the average U.S. couple spends planning their wedding, about 22 full days across a 15-month engagement.

Did you know…
$292 per guest
The 2025 national average cost per guest. At 150 guests, a 5% no-show rate costs you $2,190 in food and drinks alone.

Did you know…
60–70%
The share of a wedding planner's time spent on coordination and documentation. Not on the creative direction couples actually hire them for.

Two ways to reach Venus
Most guests text. Some (your in-laws, the last-minute panic at 7am, anyone who'd rather hear a voice) want to call. Venus picks up.
LAUNCHING NOW
A limited number of founding slots for couples who want Venus at their wedding while we're still new. Locked-in founder rates, a direct line to the team, and your wedding helps shape what we build next.
Last things
No. Venus works even better paired with your wedding coordinator or planner. She gives them visibility into the entire guest experience (what people are asking, where the confusion is, who needs follow-up) so they can deliver a higher level of service to you and your guests, instead of being the human FAQ on event day.
Especially. You're already managing a significant load: logistics, planning, coordination. Fatigue, exhaustion, and overwhelm are real. Talk to any DIY couple six weeks out. They're ready to throw their phone out the car window when the tenth guest asks about the RSVP, after they've already sent multiple email and text reminders manually. Venus will reach out organically and conversationally, on her own schedule, until every guest is sorted.
The world changed in 2026. Guests expect a level of personalization and responsiveness that didn't exist five years ago. You can offer that experience without writing the same six answers a hundred times yourself.
Luvvy Duvvy is a phone number. That's it. No new dashboard to log into, no new app for your guests. It works with the platforms you already have by distributing your custom links (your wedding website, your photo upload, your RSVP link) through one central number that everyone already knows how to use. Easy peasy.
Venus is priced by guest count, from $995 up to a bespoke 200+ guest concierge starting at $5,000 with a dedicated client manager. Whichever tier you pick, the service is designed to slash your hidden communication costs: miscommunication, lack of follow-up, no-shows, the sheer time-suck. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Setup starts the moment you schedule your onboarding call. On the call our team gathers everything Venus needs to run your event: venue, dress code, schedule, dietary defaults, the FAQ specific to your wedding. In parallel we provision your own dedicated phone number with our telephony provider, which takes 3 to 5 days. Once it's live, you can share it with your guests immediately and Venus starts answering.
They'll think they're talking to a thoughtful coordinator who has read every detail of your wedding. Venus is voice and text only: no avatar, no impersonation, no creepiness. She introduces herself in the first message as the couple's AI concierge so guests know exactly what they're texting. In practice, some guests have called her a "very nice person on the phone."
She is calibrated to recognize what she doesn't know. When she is not confident about a guest's question, she flags it for you (or your planner) with full context, tells the guest she will get back to them shortly, and then loops back once you have answered. You see flagged conversations in your daily digest before the guest follows up. In pilot testing, Venus's confidence-calibrated accuracy was over 99%.
She doesn't replace your planner. She doesn't make decisions about your wedding. She doesn't message your guests proactively unless you ask her to. And she doesn't pretend to be human. She introduces herself upfront every single time.
Yes. Conversation logs are yours, encrypted at rest, exportable, and deletable on request. Venus does not use your wedding data to train models. After the wedding you can keep the archive, delete everything, or pass the digest to your planner for their records.
